Really enjoyed my stay for 2 nights in a Superior room with a king bed. The decor was modern and the room was spacious and clean. Loved the open concept closet and comfy sitting area. Plus, they had an awesome lobby bar with some fantastic steak!

Comfortable beds, great amenities, including a fantastic indoor swimming pool, and our stay included a delicious breakfast that kick-started our mornings with energy.

The location proved to be excellent, right across from an enormous mall filled with dining options and shops. The staff was incredibly friendly, making check-in and check-out a breeze, with the convenience of doing it right on the TV. The room was clean, with comfortable beds, but I did notice some noise issues from outside that could be disruptive at times. The food was enjoyable, especially the grilled salmon, which was a highlight of my stay. Would definitely consider returning in the future.

the hotel has a great location right across a massive mall with tons of restaurants and shops. the rooms are updated, super clean, comfy beds, and the staff is friendly. enjoyed the nice indoor pool and hot tub. A decent little gym. parking is convenient too.

The location is truly unbeatable, just steps away from a vast shopping center with numerous dining options. The rooms are modern, clean, and the beds were impressively comfortable. I especially enjoyed the city view from my room, which added a nice touch to my stay.

Noise from nearby traffic was a bit disruptive at night.

stayed at novotel for one night and really enjoyed the excellent breakfast. the location is fantastic, with easy access to shopping at vaughan mills. loved that there was a nice pool option, which we didn’t know about until afterwards. service was top-notch, and the overall vibe was super relaxing.

Spacious layout made us feel comfortable.

The stay was marred by poor front desk service. We were issued a last-minute downgrade due to a leaking bathroom that had just been renovated. Maintenance took ages to arrive, and it left us frustrated at the end of a long day. I felt unheard and undervalued during the entire interaction.

Hotel was spotless and staff were friendly, but the air conditioning was really loud.
